Wayne Saber was born in London, England in 1986, where he lived until moving to Canterbury in 2009 and to Surrey Hills in 2015. Wayne's novels tell of travel through a mysterious tunnel from one time period to another. The Boy and the Hidden Tunnel was Wayne's first novel. Although all of the characters and events in the novel are fictional, many ideas in the novel are based on Wayne's own life experiences. In this novel, Tom is 12 when he finds himself transported from 1940 to 2005. In The Boy from a Parallel Universe, an adult Tom meets Edward who claims to be from the year 1573. A visitor from a four-dimensional universe explains what really happened to Tom and Edward.
